Job Description

Your Role as a Care Professional

• Help clients live independently, respecting their choices and preferences
• Minimum 1-hour visits to build meaningful relationships
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities and routines
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
• Support clients to stay active and engaged
• Accompany clients to: Shopping trips, Social outings, Appointments
• Maintain and promote client independence
