Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Live-in Care Professionals to provide high-quality 1:1 care to clients in their own homes across our service areas.

This role is ideal for carers who are confident working independently and delivering person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and daily living support on a 1:1 basis
• Supporting clients with routines while promoting independence and dignity
• Assisting clients to access the community and attend appointments
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients and families

Essential Requirements:

• Previous care experience is essential (ideally in a 1:1 or live-in setting)
• Ability to work independently and manage care responsibilities
• A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
• Willingness to travel across our territory, including:

Swadlincote, Burton, Derby, Nottingham, East Nottingham, Ilkeston, West Bridgford, and Grantham

• Right to work in the UK

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
