We're looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across New Romney and surrounding areas.

You'll be required to work Mornings (07:00-14:00) and/or Evenings (16:00-21:00) and alternate Weekends.

Job Description

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters - helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting older adults with things like:

• personal care and mobility
• Preparing meals and hot drinks
• Light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Some visits may include more personal health-related support - we provide full paid training for all of this, so no experience or medical background is needed

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need previous care experience - we'll train, support, and cheer you on from day one.

We're looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example:

• Have you cared for a loved one or supported a family member?

Hours

Hours will vary whilst we build our client base, with a mix of:

• Morning shifts: 07:00-14:00
• Afternoon shifts: 14:00-21:00
• Alternate weekends required
