Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)

£13.25-£13.75 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses

Areas: Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts: Morning (7am-3pm) or Evening (4pm-10pm)

No experience needed - full paid training provided

What You'll Do

Support clients in their own homes with:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Medication support & mobility assistance
Companionship and meaningful conversation
Meal prep, shopping & light household help
Dementia & more complex care needs
Accompanying clients to appointments or outings

No rushed visits - we prioritise quality care and real relationships

Pay & Benefits

£12.75-£13.25 per hour
Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

What We're Looking For

No experience required (full training provided)
Caring, reliable and willing to learn
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
Good English communication skills
Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
