Job Description

As a Care Professional, you'll provide tailored, unhurried support that makes a real difference. Your daily visits could include:

• Companionship - chatting, sharing stories, reducing loneliness

• Personal care - supporting with washing, dressing, and hygiene

• Medication assistance - prompting or helping with prescribed medication

• Meal preparation - helping clients enjoy healthy meals

• Light housekeeping - tidying, laundry, and keeping homes safe

• Mobility support - helping with walking, gentle exercise, or movement

• Errands and outings - driving to appointments, shopping, or social events

All visits are a minimum of one hour, so there's time to build trust and deliver care that feels personal and meaningful.
