As a Waiter at Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch, you're not just providing food and drink service - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

As a Waiter in our Signature Bar, you will deliver an elevated guest experience from relaxed late afternoon through to a vibrant evening service. You will provide intuitive, refined service, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and ensure a seamless, engaging atmosphere throughout peak periods.

You will be responsible for the following, performed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:

• Respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Serve food and drink in full compliance with licensing regulations for residents and non‑residents
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and offerings
• Follow established reporting procedures promptly should any operational or guest issues arise
• Ensure all Food & Beverage orders are delivered accurately, consistently, and within expected service times
• Uphold Hilton grooming and presentation standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Comply fully with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation

• Flexibility and adaptability across breakfast and lunch service periods

• The ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience within Food & Beverage or a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety regulations
