As an In‑Room Dining Waiter - Nights at Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch, you're not just providing food and drink service - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

As an In‑Room Dining Waiter - Nights, you will deliver personalised, discreet, and impeccably timed service within the privacy of our guests' rooms. You will ensure every order is executed with precision, elegance, and attention to detail, contributing to both guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will perform the following responsibilities to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:

• Respond to guest requests promptly, graciously, and with professional discretion
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the in‑room dining menu, promotions, and daily specials
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders with precision, efficiency, and refined presentation
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, anticipating needs and preferences
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing regulations and company standards
• Maintain in‑room dining service stations fully stocked, organised, and presented to brand standards

• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation, reflecting luxury brand standards
• Flexibility to adapt to varying service times, operational rhythms, and guest expectations
• The ability to work independently with confidence while contributing seamlessly to a cohesive team

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety regulations
