Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

As In‑Room Dining Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the room service department, ensuring seamless service delivery, elevated presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the team on service standards, support performance development, optimise revenue opportunities, and maintain strict cost control within an ultra‑luxury environment.

You will perform the following duties to the highest luxury hospitality standards:

• Provide confident, hands‑on leadership to the In‑Room Dining team, ensuring service excellence and the achievement of departmental and individual performance goals.
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, service rituals, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain awareness of culinary and service trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance in‑room dining offerings and presentation.
• Drive revenue optimisation while maintaining disciplined cost control, identifying risks and corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the setting and achievement of realistic short‑ and long‑term operational goals aligned with departmental budgets.
• Collaborate closely with the Training & Development team to ensure structured, ongoing training through agreed training calendars.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring full compliance with hotel and company policies and procedures.

• Exposure to payroll, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
