The role

Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel set within 400 acres of Hampshire countryside, just outside London. The Sun Room sits within The Bothy, our spa and wellbeing space, offering guests a relaxed dining experience that complements their wellbeing journey. Working closely with the Bothy and Food & Beverage teams, the Sunroom Attendant plays an important role in creating a calm, welcoming and memorable experience that reflects the values and standards of Heckfield Place.

Front of House is currently looking for Sunroom Attendant to join our Food & Beverage Team.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to

Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and confident food and beverage service throughout the guest journey.
Prepare the Sun Room for service, including mise en place, presentation, cleanliness and stock readiness.
Prepare and serve food, beverages, teas, coffees and juices in line with brand, quality and food safety standards.
Maintain excellent menu, product and allergen knowledge to confidently support guests.
Ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Respond professionally to guest feedback and support wider Bothy and hotel operations as required.
