The role

The Access Management Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality access management solutions. This position is crucial for ensuring the security and efficiency of identity and access management systems while leading a team to meet organizational objectives and client requirements.

What you'll do

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Access Management Solutions Using Iam Principles And Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Product And Sustenance Delivery Standards.
2. Provide Training And Mentorship To Team Members On Access Management Best Practices, Fostering Skill Development To Mitigate Delivery Risks And Enhance Team Capabilities.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Access Management Solutions, Demonstrating A Deep Understanding Of Domain Requirements And Technology.
4. Drive Knowledge Enhancement By Staying Updated With Emerging Iam Technologies, Ensuring Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Adhere To Quality Standards.
