What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Change, PMO, or Transformation Management
  • Strong programme governance, reporting, and planning skills
  • Experience tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Background in business change and transformation programmes

Nice to have

  • Financial services experience desirable but not essential

The role

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Change & PMO Manager to support a strategic transformation programme.

What you'll do

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate change activity across the business, managing governance, action logs, milestone tracking, reporting, and stakeholder updates to ensure successful delivery.

How you'll work

6-Month Contract | £550-£650/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
