The postholder will also coordinate policy administration through QCS, support the communication of policies and key organisational documents, monitor complaints and associated deadlines, maintain quality improvement records and assist with ongoing CQC inspection readiness.
The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that quality information is accurate, accessible, meaningful and used to support continuous improvement across all Harley House services.
The postholder will work closely with the Operations Manager, Registered Manager and external Strategic Quality Lead while maintaining clear boundaries between quality coordination, operational management and independent assurance.

Analyse any trends and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and quality governance.
Continuous Improvement Plan and Action Tracking: Maintain and monitor the organisation's Continuous Improvement Plan and Risk Register, tracking actions, ownership, deadlines and evidence, escalating overdue items and reporting progress.
QCS Policy Management and Document Control: Coordinate and maintain organisational policies and procedures through QCS, ensuring timely reviews, and effective communication of updates across the organisation.
