Investments Administrator

This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract position working 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The purpose of the role is to support the efficient and accurate administration of investments associated with Hansard's open architecture and unit-linked investment products, ensuring transactions and client servicing activities are processed in line with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

To support the timely and accurate administration of:

• Discretionary accounts
• Stock Transfers
• Asset Reviews
• Cash and stock reconciliations
• Corporate actions
• Daily valuations for personal portfolio bonds
• To perform the daily valuations process for internal unit linked funds
• To assist in query resolution & management
• To ensure the effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
