At Halliwell Jones, we believe outstanding service is at the heart of everything we do. As a BMW & MINI Used Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their journey-from first contact to handing over the keys-ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities

• To achieve agreed sales targets for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
• To request from all prospective customers and visitors to the centre who might show an interest in purchasing a vehicle, their contact details, i.e. name, address, email and two contact telephone numbers, and to follow up within a maximum 24-hour period.
• To proactively work as a team to achieve department goals in a timely manner
• To adhere to all financial compliance and FCA Regulations.

We're currently investing significantly in our North Wales facility through a major showroom refurbishment to BMW Group's latest RetailNEXT standards.

RetailNEXT is BMW's new global retail concept, designed to create a more modern, premium and customer-focused environment. It transforms the traditional dealership experience into a welcoming, digitally enabled space where customers can explore, learn and engage with the brand in a more personalised way.

The refurbishment will introduce:
