Warehouse Shift Manager in Enfield

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Enfield, supporting our customer, Iceland. As Warehouse Shift Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our multi-temperature warehouse operation. You will help ensure safety, efficiency, compliance and performance across the site, while supporting continuous improvement and keeping key stakeholders informed through clear updates.

• Act as a key point of contact and decision maker for operational issues during your shift
• Identify and resolve operational risks, supporting effective planning and contingency arrangements
• Analyse and interpret business data to drive operational excellence and deliver key performance indicators
• Lead, direct, and influence teams through clear communication and visible leadership
• Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and clear development plans
• Promote a culture of safety, engagement, continuous improvement, and high standards

This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.

• Experience within warehouse management
• The ability to create a supportive and motivating work environment
