What you'll do
Leading from the front: Motivate, support and develop your kitchen team to deliver their best every day.
Serving up great food: Maintain high standards across food quality, presentation and consistency.
Running a successful kitchen: Take ownership of kitchen operations, organisation and food safety.
Managing the numbers: Keep an eye on food costs, stock, waste and labour to help the kitchen perform at its best.
Growing your team: Build a positive kitchen culture where people feel supported, learn new skills and have opportunities to progress.

About the Biscot Mill
Located in Luton, the Biscot Mill is a lively Hungry Horse pub bringing people together over great-value food, live sport and a fantastic atmosphere. From family meals and pub classics to busy match days, there’s plenty happening to keep our kitchen team on their toes.
What we’re looking for
Experience working as a Chef or Kitchen Team Leader in a busy kitchen.
A passion for great food and delivering consistent quality.
The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team.
Good organisation and an understanding of kitchen standards, food safety and stock control.
The ambition to develop your leadership skills and take the next step in your career.
You don’t need to be an established Head Chef to apply. If you’re a strong Kitchen Team Leader who’s ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.
