London | Hybrid | £110k-£140k + Bonus + Equity

Technical Lead sought by leading Fintech organisation based in central London.

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Strong AWS and distributed systems knowledge
Experience building and operating high-volume platforms
Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions
Strong product mindset with the ability to balance customer value and technical quality
Fintech, banking, payments, savings, wealth, digital experience
Knowledge of regulated environments
Experience implementing AI developer tooling

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical strategy, architecture, engineering leadership and product partnership.
