Role Overview

The D365 Platform Lead is responsible for defining the technical architecture, ongoing development, and governance of the organisation's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with external partners, and ensure platform delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes. Success hinges on maintaining a scalable, secure, and highly available CRM platform that supports the organisation's objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrate experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including Dataverse, solution management, security models, and integration techniques.
• Proven track record of designing CRM platforms supporting enterprise-scale strategic outcomes.
• Build integration solutions using APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Implement governance frameworks, DevOps practices, and ALM processes across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Use Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lead internal technical teams and coordinate third-party delivery partners.

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365.
• Availability to start on 08/10/2026.
• Located on-site in London or Greater Manchester.
