Used Car Sales Executive

• A full UK Driving License is essential, and must have been held for a minimum of 3 years.

Experience:

• Understanding of and experience in customer service.
• Proven track record within a sales environment.
• Customer Service/ Sales: 2 years (required)
• Automotive: 2 years (preferred)

• At least 2 years experience in the motor sales industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Used Car Sales Executive
Full Time - Permanent
Location - EMG Used Cars Haverhill (Part of Grainger Motor Group)
Salary - £45,000 OTE

• Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the industry benchmark.
• Drive sales of used vehicles and associated products such as service plans and insurance, with attractive financial incentives. This is through various channels including follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, and walk-ins.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding, about products and services confidently to customers.
• Keeping a detailed diary system up to date.
• Meet sales targets and maximise earnings through diligent follow-up and by capitalising on every opportunity.
• Conducting test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
