Inspired by dishes first created by Georges Auguste Escoffier during his time at the Savoy Hotel in 1890, Restaurant 1890 has created a blend between unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, serving a modern French menu with a European influence, using only the finest ingredients sourced from all corners of the world and a vintage wine list to match. Restaurant 1890 achieved three AA Rosettes since 2023 and One Michelin Star in 2024.

• You pride yourself in running a section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes - taking responsibility for all dishes coming out from your section and ensuring consistent presentation and memorable guest experiences
• You are confident in leading, training, and developing the more junior members of the team and you naturally enjoy building relationships with others
