The role

Take your oncology pharmacy career further with GenesisCare.

Are you a pharmacist with experience in oncology and haematology, looking for an opportunity to put your specialist knowledge at the heart of patient care?

At GenesisCare Maidstone, you'll be part of a dedicated cancer care team, playing an important role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective and personalised treatment. This is an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise into a specialist environment, working closely with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.

This is a full time, permanent position based onsite at our Maidstone Cancer Centre working Monday - Friday.

As our Pharmacist – Oncology/Haematology, you'll take responsibility for delivering a high-quality clinical pharmacy and medicines management service within the centre.

You'll provide specialist pharmaceutical advice, support the safe and effective use of medicines and help facilitate the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy Department. From reviewing SACT prescriptions to overseeing the final clinical checks before treatment is released, your contribution will be essential to the smooth running of our service and, most importantly, the safety of our patients.

We're looking for a pharmacist who combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient safety.

At GenesisCare, you'll be joining a specialist cancer care provider where clinical expertise, innovation and patient experience are central to everything we do.

GenesisCare is a leading independent provider of cancer care in the UK, bringing together specialist teams, advanced technology and personalised treatment to improve the experience and outcomes of people living with cancer.

Our approach goes beyond treating the disease. We look at the whole person, offering integrated support that includes wellbeing services in partnership with Penny Brohn UK and exercise medicine alongside specialist cancer treatments.

We work with leading clinicians, universities and research partners to explore new approaches to cancer care and broaden access to innovative treatments through our clinical trials programme.

Our people are at the centre of what we do. We invest in their development, encourage new ideas and create opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to the future of cancer care.

If you're ready to bring your oncology pharmacy expertise to a team that makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
