What you'll do
- Operating equipment and processes per Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
- Keeping work areas clean and organised throughout and at the end of shifts.
- Accurately updating Hourly Production records.
- Reporting hazardous practices, equipment, or near-miss incidents.
- Meeting quality and productivity targets as part of a team.

How you'll work
We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking individuals to join our team. Working full-time from our Dumfries facility on various shift patterns. We are offering opportunities for both temporary and permanent Production & Warehouse Operator roles, £850 hiring bonus may apply (subject to criteria). In this position, you will report to the Shift Coordinators and Production Manager, supporting the manufacturing and warehousing of quality products. You will work in line with Standard Working Practices and contribute to meeting daily production targets.

- Maintain Cleanliness - Keep your work area tidy during and after shifts to support efficiency and safety.

- Stay Safety-Focused - Always be aware of hazards and report any unsafe conditions or near misses immediately.
- Work as a Team Player - Cooperate with colleagues to meet daily quality and productivity targets smoothly.
