The role

A bit about us At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that's transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We're growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

What is the role responsible for?

As we undergo a significant transformation, we are seeking a Change Enablement Manager to help ensure successful adoption, readiness and sustained use of new processes and technologies across our Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformation.

This role is not a traditional training role. It is focused on driving adoption and behaviour change in the business, ensuring that new ways of working are understood, embedded and sustained across Sales, Delivery and Operations.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the enablement and adoption approach, including training strategy, user readiness, champion networks and post-go-live reinforcement. Training content is part of the role, but only one lever within a broader adoption strategy.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:

Support the shaping and delivery of the adoption, readiness and enablement approach, aligned to the overall transformation direction.

Help drive business readiness for new processes and systems, working across Sales, Delivery and Operations to ensure teams are prepared ahead of release.

Support the translation of new processes and ways of working into clear, role-based guidance for end users.

Build and support a network of SMEs / Change Champions to help drive adoption within their teams.

Help line managers and supervisors support change and reinforce new ways of working.

Identify and respond to resistance to change, working with managers, SMEs and Transformation team colleagues to address challenges and reinforce adoption.

Develop and maintain enablement assets (job aids, user guides, walkthroughs, quick reference tools), complementing any required training content.

Leverage digital adoption tools and e-learning platforms to support learning in the flow of work.

Monitor adoption measures and user feedback, flagging gaps and feeding improvement opportunities back into the team.

Work closely with Product, Delivery, Process and Transformation colleagues to embed enablement into delivery activities rather than bolt it on at the end.

Provide post-go-live support and reinforcement (hypercare) to help embed and sustain changes.

Support embedding knowledge, capability and ownership within Gamma through the SME / champion network.

What you'll bring

You don't need experience in everything listed-but we're especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

Experience in change enablement, adoption support, change management or training within a transformation environment.

Practical understanding of how to support and reinforce behaviour change, not just deliver training content.

Experience working alongside cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Ops, Service), supporting adoption within those teams.

Ability to translate complex change into clear, practical guidance and support materials for end users.

Experience supporting an SME / champion network or similar peer-based change approach.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills to engage peers, managers and subject matter experts.

Familiarity with digital adoption tools, e-learning platforms or similar technologies.

Ability to use adoption feedback and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation with multiple priorities and managing your own workload.

What do we offer you?

25 days annual leave + birthday

Subsidised private medical insurance

5.1% matched pension contributions

Enhanced parental leave

Life assurance and Income protection

Share save and incentive plans

Electric Vehicle and Cycle scheme

Employee discounts

Volunteer day

A few things to note

We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check

If you don't meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.

This role is hybrid 3-days onsite from our London office.

Gamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those underrepresented in our industry. As a family-friendly employer, we foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and flexibility to support your work-life balance and help you thrive at Gamma.

For recruitment agencies - we have a network of fantastic partners that support us in our hiring from time to time. We're not looking to increase that network currently, so please don't send speculative CVs.
