Skills

The role

Games Workshop has a new opportunity for a passionate Project Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Working within the Warhammer Design Studio as part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of projects throughout the studio. This includes helping to maintain accurate, realistic plans and schedules to enable the studio team to deliver on time and to the highest quality. We'll also look to you to communicate key dates and ensure data is up to date in our project management systems throughout product development.

Adaptable and resilient, this is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so you will need to respond swiftly and positively, gathering information and feeding back to relevant teams as required. You'll work collaboratively to ensure that our workflows remain efficient and secure, proactively keeping individuals informed both via email and face-to-face.

You will support our studio's ability to deliver on time by being organised and having good attention to detail. In this role you will prepare and deliver timely and precise KPI and capacity reports, providing our teams with clear and accurate information to ensure the smooth running of the studio. You will use strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple studio teams, flagging potential risks early and identifying important facts and details that could affect product delivery.
