What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering technically complex projects in a data-heavy or B2B technology environment.
  • You don't need to be a developer but a strong understanding of SQL, Python and how data systems interact will help greatly.
  • Experience working closely with developers and data teams.
  • The confidence to challenge assumptions and the curiosity to understand a project before proposing changes.
  • A collaborative approach that earns the trust of highly technical teams.

Experience with AI transformation projects would be particularly valuable. The business is investing in AI-driven workflows and expects this role to contribute to how complex projects are planned and delivered.

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. We also understand that some people require extra time to complete assessments, require alternative application methods and can also benefit from having interview questions or a guide to the type of questions pre-interview. We are open to any suggestions or requests that you may have and are always looking for creative ways to assess talent. Our commitment to you is that you should always feel safe and secure when you're working with us. Futureheads is a B Corp™ accredited digital recruitment agency based in London. What you'll get

Salary guide: £65,000-£75,000

The role

We're working with a growing subscription data business serving the entertainment industry. It's looking for a Technical Project Manager to bring clarity and momentum to complex work across its products, data and development teams.

This is not a role for someone who simply updates project plans. You'll help teams identify dependencies, anticipate risks and make well-informed decisions, while giving senior leaders a clear view of progress.

What you'll do

  • Manage projects spanning new products, improvements to existing products and business integrations.
  • Map responsibilities, timelines and dependencies across teams.
  • Spot bottlenecks and technical risks early, helping teams plan beyond the next immediate fix.
  • Improve communication between analysts, developers and senior stakeholders.
  • Introduce useful structure without imposing unnecessary process.
