What you'll do

Create and continuously optimise a workplace that maximises employee productivity and performance
Own the day-to-day operation of the workplace, delivering a safe, efficient and high-performing environment
Lead relationships with landlords, building management and key suppliers to maintain exceptional workplace standards
Manage workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office technology and employee health initiatives (e.g. flu vaccinations)
Continuously improve workplace processes, implement innovative solutions and embed a culture of workplace excellence across Fuse
Provide critical operational support across the business and coordinate meetings, travel and internal events as required

This role suits an office manager or workplace experience manager who wants a larger remit of responsibility, owning the workplace experience across Fuse.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office or workplace manager, ready to take on a larger remit
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship management with suppliers and building management
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving environment
