The role
The Executive Business Partner (EBP) is a high impact role designed to amplify the effectiveness of Foundry's Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual acts as a partner, ensuring the ELT operates with maximum velocity and alignment in a fast-moving, technically-led business. We're looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and commercially aware operator. This is not a traditional administrative role, and it requires someone who thinks strategically, moves quickly, and thrives in ambiguity.
You'll be embedded at the center of some of our most critical business processes. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring that our leadership team remains focused on Foundry's most critical growth initiatives. The right person takes ownership end-to-end, and succeeds in creating an environment for the individuals they support to work in a much more effective manner.
