The role

Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network providing audit & assurance, tax, and advisory services. Forvis Mazars in the UK spans 14 offices across the nation and has over 3,400 professionals, with 190 partners. We have a clear purpose and a shared commitment to shape a better future.

Kick-start your career with hands-on experience. Our Accounts & Outsourcing Services (AOS) Programme gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our teams while working towards a professional ACA qualification.

You'll work with a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses to large international organisations, helping them manage their finances, improve processes and make informed business decisions. Along the way, you'll develop technical expertise, digital and project management skills, build strong client relationships and gain valuable insight into how businesses operate both in the UK and globally. This programme is designed to help you become more than a qualified accountant. You'll develop the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to build strong client relationships and progress towards future leadership opportunities.

About the programme
A career in AOS offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact from day one. Through a range of rotations, you'll gain experience supporting fast-growing business with an effective finance function. Work with international businesses, preparing financial information, delivering valuable business insights, and working on advisory projects. You'll develop technical expertise, build sector knowledge, and learn how technology, automation and AI-enabled tools are transforming finance functions and helping organisations work more effectively.

By the end of the programme, you'll have a broad understanding of accounting and outsourcing services, valuable client experience, strong digital and project management skills, and the confidence to choose a specialism that's right for you.

Hear from our trainee in AOS: "The training and support at Forvis Mazars really enabled me to excel in my exams. From great study leave to useful peer groups, you really are set up for success." #LI-DNP'
