As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our fast-paced environment. • Execute kitchen operations with confidence and precision, showcasing your expertise in food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to strict Health and Safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with our Kitchen Team, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prepare and deliver room service orders promptly and to the highest quality standards.
• Proactively complete food prep tasks for upcoming service, ensuring seamless operations.
• Showcase your passion for food through every dish, paying meticulous attention to detail in presentation and flavour.

• You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels within your section and assisting with ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
