Planning Compliance Officer (Development Management)(Temporary - up to 12 months)

We're looking for a motivated Planning Compliance Officer to join our Development Management team for up to 12 months.

In this varied role, you'll investigate alleged breaches of planning control, carry out site visits and work with customers to resolve issues through negotiation or formal action where required. You'll also provide planning advice.
