Salesforce Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Consultant for an initial 6-month contract, Outside IR35 and Fully Remote. This role focuses on Salesforce Administration, declarative configuration, and business analysis, rather than custom development.

Working across both an established Salesforce environment and a new Salesforce implementation being developed internally, the successful candidate will act as the key link between business users, data teams and external Salesforce partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, following Salesforce best practices.
Salesforce user, licence and access management
Data Management quality and governance activities
Liaising with external vendors and internal teams
Supporting ongoing Salesforce Improvements and Business Initiatives.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration changes and employments between sandbox and production.

Required Experience:

Proven experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and platform administration.
Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative automation, including designing, building and troubleshooting flows.
Experience managing Salesforce changes through development, testing and deployment.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, assess the impact of changes and recommend appropriate solutions.
Salesforce App Builder Certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Certification - desirable
