What You'll Be Doing

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operational targets are met and resources are utilised effectively.

Key responsibilities include

Leading and overseeing daily warehouse and Holdbay operations.

Managing bulk and return deliveries in partnership with Collection & Delivery and LGV teams.

Supporting bulk collection planning to ensure customers receive a seamless service.

Maintaining compliance with transport and operational regulations.

Allocating resources effectively to maximise productivity and performance.

Monitoring operational KPIs and taking action to drive continuous improvement.

Coaching and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.

Contributing to a safe, positive and high-performing working environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an organised, proactive leader who can motivate teams and deliver results in a busy operational environment.

You'll bring:

A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory role, or experience acting in a supervisory capacity.

Knowledge of workforce planning and resource management.

Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Good IT literacy and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and inspire others to perform at their best.
