About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and analytical Loss Prevention Deputy Manager to join our team in Rugby. You'll play a key role in protecting client freight, reducing parcel loss and damage, and improving security and operational standards across our hub.

Reducing Unidentified Freight by ensuring correct processes are followed, challenging discrepancies and authorising items appropriately.
Working with operational teams to improve parcel handling, reduce damage and ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
Investigating client-specific loss and damage issues, using data to identify root causes and drive improvements against agreed KPIs.
Ensuring relabelling processes are followed correctly, including GDPR requirements, and gathering evidence to support investigations.
Building strong relationships with Hub Managers and Shift Managers to address poor practices, influence behaviours and embed lasting improvements.
What We're Looking For
Experience working within a parcel operation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies and turn data into practical solutions.
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge processes and work with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience in loss prevention, security or investigations would be advantageous but is not essential.

If you're passionate about protecting our network, improving operational performance and driving a strong culture of security and accountability, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference at Evri. You'll have the chance to work closely with operational leaders, influence meaningful improvements and help ensure our parcels are handled safely and efficiently from arrival to departure.
