What we're looking for
· You'll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, driver's CPC and digital tachograph. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
· Excellent communication skills
· A safety-first mindset
· Reasonable physical fitness
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
£16.13 per hour (£15.67 per hour plus £0.46 seasonal allowance) with an overtime rate of £23.51.

The role
We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 2 Day Drivers (or Cat C Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Avonmouth depot.
What you'll do
Our HGV Class 2 drivers work on shifts, safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units (that's where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.
How you'll work
day shifts typically start between 05:00 - 07:00 am
