Direct Sales Executive

We're looking for a Direct Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. You'll be responsible for winning new SME customers, building your own sales pipeline and helping businesses find delivery solutions that support their growth.
Whether you're currently working in sales, telesales, recruitment, customer service or business development, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
What you'll be doing
Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity
Building and managing your own sales pipeline
Converting inbound enquiries into new customers
Presenting tailored delivery solutions to SME customers
Negotiating and closing commercial agreements
Supporting customers through a smooth onboarding journey
Building strong long-term customer relationships
Maintaining accurate records within Salesforce CRM
