Sales Executive in Geely & Volvo Letchworth

Salary: £20,000 plus commission with an uncapped OTE

Our commission structure is uncapped, meaning there is no limit to your earning potential. Whilst the expected OTE is £50,000, high-performing Sales Executives may achieve earnings in excess of £60,000 per year.

Plus a New Starter Sales Executive Guarantee Scheme for the first two months to help you to really settle into the role.

We are one of the UK's fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus, Polestar, Alpine, Omoda, Jaecoo and our brand new Geely brands across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently looking for engaging and dynamic Sales Executives to join our teams in Letchworth in our Volvo and Geely showrooms

The Sales Executive will work together with the wider team to consistently deliver an exceptional and informative experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their sales mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.

As a Sales Executive, you will make sure that customers get inspiration and support to learn about the Endeavour Group from the moment they walk into the showrooms. You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience.

• Provide a tailored experience based upon customer's specific interests and agenda
• Educate and inspire customers by answering their questions informatively
• Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that we offer.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
• Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo and/or Geely brands, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred and you should have more than 1 year's experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail, preferably automotive environment.
