• Wash, clean, and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
• Support the organisation of storage areas, ensuring ingredients and supplies are correctly stored and labelled
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and other areas within the kitchen
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring all necessary items are ready for use
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination

Hours: Fulltime

Location: Battersea Power Station

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations and hospitality service
