The Opportunity

As a Change Management Lead within the Commissioning/Pre-Operations organisation, you'll play a key role in managing configuration control across the Hinkley Point C commissioning programme. • Coordinating engineering change governance, review and approval activities
  • Assessing engineering impacts, technical risks and implementation requirements arising from design changes
  • Working within highly regulated engineering environments with a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality
  • Using engineering knowledge to support configuration management and commissioning activities throughout project delivery

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing Commissioning/Pre-Operations at key design change forums and supporting effective project-wide communication
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of configuration management strategies, processes and guidance
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and providing reporting that supports accountability and delivery of project objectives
  • Supporting the Commissioning Manager and acting as a deputy when required across leadership, governance and stakeholder activities
