What we're looking for
- At least 1 year experience working as a chef in a professional commercial kitchen.
- Experience working with fresh ingredients and an understanding of basic Italian sauces preparations.
- Strong knives skills.
- Fluent in English.

The role
As a Commis Chef, you'll be part of a large, professional team of chefs. You'll support the senior teams in the preparation, production and serving of our high-quality dishes and products across a range of sections. This is the perfect role for someone with limited experience and looking to learn more about Italian food preparation and working with high-quality fresh ingredients.
How you'll work
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 8am and 11pm
