The role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Transport Manager to lead day-to-day operations within our Home Delivery Network. This is a key role in keeping our deliveries smooth, our teams supported, and our customers happy, because when things run well behind the scenes, it shows up in every doorstep experience.

You'll be responsible for managing transport planning, driver communications, compliance, and depot coordination all while keeping a cool head and a clear focus. It's a fast-paced environment, but you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and help your team thrive.

About Dunelm

Dunelm's product range covers bedding, curtains, blinds, furniture, beds and mattresses, as well as home decor, lighting, rugs, kitchen and utility, bathroom, decorating and DIY, storage and kids' ranges.

Many locations include a Pausa coffee shop serving food and drink, and the retailer offers home delivery and free same-day click & collect.
