Role Details

Location: Coop, Wellingborough NN8 6AQ

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rates

Days04:00-12:00£14.17

Days06:00-14:00£13.49

Backs12:00-20:00£14.17

Backs14:00-22:00£14.77

Nights22:00-06:00£16.05

Base rate: £13.13 per hour, with additional premiums: Nights (+£2.55 per hour), Weekends (+£1.82 per hour)

Your Responsibilities

Picking, moving, and tracking stock-sometimes using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and sometimes by hand

Utilising digital tools to manage orders efficiently

Maintaining a safe, tidy, and timely warehouse environment

Supporting fellow team members to achieve collective goals

Experience is welcome, but not required-we provide comprehensive training

Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for a challenge

Shift Patterns Available:

Mornings: 04-12.00 hrs or 06-14.00 hrs, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota)

Backs: 12-20.00 hrs or 14:00-22:00 hrs, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota)

Nights: 22-06:00 hrs, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota)

Full-time- working 50% weekends
