We're looking for a Depot Shift Manager to join our site in Cambuslang who can bring together the different moving parts of a busy depot operation. You'll ideally have experience across both transport and production, be comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment and have the confidence to take ownership of the wider site operation during your shift.

If you're someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading people and understands the importance of safety, compliance and getting the operation right, this could be a great next move.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role where no two shifts will look exactly the same. You'll work across Production, Warehouse and Transport, making sure teams work together effectively and the site continues to operate safely, efficiently and compliantly.
