Warehouse Administrator

• Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration role and understand the importance of accuracy in a fast-moving operation

• Are confident using Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office applications and other administrative tools to manage workloads effectively

• Can prioritise tasks and remain organised in an environment where deadlines and customer requirements are constantly changing

• Have strong communication skills and enjoy building positive working relationships with colleagues across different teams

We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale, providing vital support to ensure the smooth flow of goods, information and processes across the warehouse. • Maintaining accurate records across Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring operational data is updated, validated and readily available

• Generating reports and performance information to support daily operations and provide valuable insight to the wider team

• Processing inbound orders, coordinating bookings and preparing warehouse documentation to support efficient picking and dispatch activities

• Investigating system queries and discrepancies, working closely with operational colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively
