What we're looking for

Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency and problem-solving capability
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

What you'll do

Leading inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocktakes, reconciliations, investigations, and audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
Managing inventory discrepancies across warehouse, customer and ERP systems, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement
Ensuring robust governance of customer-owned inventory, with accurate reporting, traceability and accountability
Building strong customer relationships, managing inventory escalations, and providing performance reporting against contractual KPIs
Supporting audit compliance, financial controls, and inventory improvement initiatives across the operation.

How you'll work

Pay Rate: £28,000-£34,000 (dependent on experience) PLUS 15% Night Shift Premium
Grade: RSC N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Nights OR Rotational across earlies & lates any 5 days from 7
Location: Derby - DE21 7HW
