What we're looking for

Have proven experience within a Health & Safety role, ideally in warehousing, logistics, or operational environments.
Experience supporting major change programmes, customer onboarding projects or site start-ups, working with external partners to embed safe and compliant HSE practices.
Hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate and are working towards, or hold, a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
Enjoy building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Are confident analysing data and turning insights into practical improvement plans.
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Are passionate about creating a positive safety culture and driving high standards of compliance and engagement.

We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to champion a positive health, safety and environmental culture across our operation, ensuring our colleagues go home safe every day while helping the business achieve its operational goals.

What you'll do

Providing expert Health, Safety and Environmental support and guidance to operational teams across the site.
Analysing accident, incident and claims data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
Conducting HSE audits, inspections and compliance reviews, ensuring actions are effectively completed.
Supporting managers with risk assessments, safe systems of work and their wider HSE responsibilities.
Delivering HSE training, awareness campaigns and safety initiatives to engage colleagues at all levels.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure legal and organisational compliance.
