We're looking for an inspirational Director, Quality & Regulatory Assurance - Life Sciences & Healthcare UKI to lead our Quality function across a diverse, highly regulated healthcare network. • Leading and inspiring a team of Quality and Regulatory specialists across multiple UKI sites.
• Acting as the senior Quality leader and regulatory expert for pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.
• Partnering with senior business leaders to shape and deliver the UKI Life Sciences & Healthcare quality strategy.
• Engaging with major pharmaceutical customers, presenting quality capabilities and supporting business growth opportunities.
• Working with regulatory authorities including the MHRA and Home Office to maintain licences and compliance standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce risk and strengthen operational excellence.
• Reviewing quality metrics, audits, CAPAs, deviations and compliance trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Supporting new customer implementations, tenders, acquisitions and strategic projects, ensuring quality remains at the heart of every solution.
