What we're looking for

Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Ideally have 12 months recent driving experience
Are confident working independently, managing time well, and handling drop‑and‑swap trailer movements safely.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time 48hrs pw)
Shift patterns: Sunday - Thursday. Start Times available 21:00-23:00
Overtime: Overtime regularly available.
Location: Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1PT

The role

We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

What you'll do

Completing trunking runs from the brewery to various sites such as RDCs, cash & carries, and warehouse feeds for dray operations
Performing drop‑and‑swap trailer movements and occasional electric pallet truck (EPT) tipping where necessary
Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Regular completion of vehicle checks
