What you'll do

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of our retail kitchen outlet, helping us deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness and food safety. Working as part of the wider retail team, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers and ensure our kitchen operates efficiently.

Prepare and serve food in line with brand standards
Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
Support food preparation and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen
Follow food hygiene standards and HACCP requirements
Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks
Follow company policies covering health & safety, food safety, cash handling and stock control
Support stock management and deliveries, reporting shortages where required
Help contribute to site sales targets
Deliver fast and efficient service during busy trading periods
Work collaboratively as part of the wider retail team
