5. Budget & Operational Cost Control
- Maintain operational oversight of Host Broadcast production spend at event level, supporting effective budget management through production planning, supplier oversight, scope control and operational decision-making.

6. Live Operational Leadership, Incident Management & Duty of Care
- Act as the senior operational escalation point for host broadcast delivery within the role's remit, including live production, supplier, venue and transmission issues, supporting rapid decision-making and effective resolution during productions.
- Ensure appropriate operational Health & Safety and duty-of-care considerations are incorporated into outside broadcast delivery, including safe site operations, crew welfare and fatigue, contractor compliance and event-specific operational risk within DAZN's established policies and responsibilities.
7. Major Events, New Rights & Mobilisation
- Support the assessment, mobilisation and delivery of major events, new rights and changing broadcast requirements within the role's assigned markets, providing operational planning, information, analysis and resource assessment to support wider business evaluation and decision-making.
- Lead detailed Host Broadcast planning and implementation within the agreed production, operational and commercial framework.
8. Governance, Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Provide operational leadership across Technical Producers, Broadcast Operations staff, freelancers and delivery partners within the role's remit, coordinating effectively with Production and relevant Group functions across multiple events.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with group standards, approved operating models, procurement requirements and governance controls. Lead or contribute to post-event reviews, lessons learned, supplier performance review, broadcast issue analysis and process improvement, using operational insight to support continuous improvement.
