You must hold a recognised Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 qualification to apply for this role (RQF-aligned, awarding body accredited - e.g. YMCA, Active IQ, OFQUAL, CIMSPA)

As a Reformer Instructor, you will create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated.
We create clubs where our teams feel a sense of belonging - an environment where they can thrive whilst achieving their full potential.
As a Reformer Instructor you :
Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
Be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
Great communication skills.
Be self-driven with a positive outlook
Have a passion for customer service.
Auditions will be held on the 8th August at David Lloyd Clubs Bromsgrove.
